InnoMotus exists because most enterprise software for regulated industries is built by engineers guessing at the work. We build the other kind — software shaped by someone who has spent a career doing it.
Spend long enough inside structured finance, audit, or corporate services and you notice the same thing: every team is solving the same problems with spreadsheets, generic tools, and workarounds. The tooling that exists is either built for a different industry, priced for the world's biggest banks, or so generic it requires months of configuration before it's useful.
That gap is what InnoMotus is built to close. We start with problems we've lived through ourselves, build software around them, and ship it to the EU mid-market — not retrofitted from a US enterprise template.
We're a portfolio, not a platform, because focused products solve real problems faster than monoliths do. And we're European because that's where the work is, where the regulation is written, and where our customers already operate.
"Every team is solving the same problems with spreadsheets, generic tools, and workarounds."
InnoMotus was founded by a practitioner with a rare three-way background — capital markets accounting advisory at a Big 4 firm and capital markets supervision at a top-five European fund administrator (names available on request), and hands-on experience structuring and administering European securitisations across mortgages, receivables and vehicle leases. That means having sat on three sides of the same deal: designing the accounting, operating the SPVs, and now building the software.
If the founder hasn't lived the problem, we don't build the product.
We're judged by whether you can act on what we deliver — not by how much data we move.
Sovereignty, GDPR and structured-finance fluency baked in, not bolted on.
AI, RAG and automation are tools — we use them where they earn their keep, and say so plainly when they don't.
