innomotus.eu is operated by Camel Thorn Capital B.V. ("we", "us"), trading under the name InnoMotus Technologies — a Dutch BV with KvK number 97690481 and registered address at Ankerkade 61, 2102 LP Heemstede. The site provides information about InnoMotus Technologies and its products.

These Terms govern use of the website only. Use of any product (Fintradax, Banklify, or others) is governed by separate product terms agreed at the point of contracting.

You may view, copy, and print pages from this site for personal, non-commercial use, or for the purpose of evaluating our products. You may not:

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

[REVIEW] Heemstede falls under the Rechtbank Noord-Holland, sitting in Haarlem. The typical drafting choice is therefore Haarlem, but a Dutch lawyer may prefer to specify Amsterdam for commercial reasons. Confirm before launch.
